The Traveling Poet is a concept that was created when a man with a love for poetry decided to let go of everything he ever knew.
Convinced that words can change the world, he will grab a camera and hit the road to shoot a documentary that has never been done before. The Traveling Poet will go to schools, shelters, hospitals, and poetry venues around the world to spread an inspirational message of healing and inner peace.
We will implement poetry programs & promote education and multicultural understanding around the world…. Apollo.
Apollo….. What can I say? Generally when I go in to do a shoot (film) I am caught between the role of a camera guy and a guest of the event but, this task became much harder the night the following video was shot.
Not only was the performance “mind blowing” but, I lived it several times again putting the video together. The message(s) delivered by Apollo are so obvious few could claim “failure of Comprehension”.
